Welcome to the Nigerian International Tea Festival 2025 (the "Festival")! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Festival website ([Festival website URL, if applicable]), mobile application (if applicable), and your participation in the Festival itself.

1. Acceptance

By accessing the Festival website/app or registering for the Festival, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access the website/app or participate in the Festival.

2. User Accounts (if applicable)

If you create an account on the Festival website/app, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You are also fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Content Ownership

The content displayed on the Festival website/app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of the Festival organizers or their licensors. You may not use any of this content without the express written permission of the Festival organizers.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Festival website/app and participate in the Festival in a respectful and lawful manner. You agree to not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Transmit any harassing, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or threatening content.
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the website/app or the Festival.

5. Registration and Payment

  • Registration for delegate passes or exhibitor booths is required for participation.
  • Full payment is required at the time of registration. Fees are non-refundable unless the Festival is cancelled by the Organizers.
  • Separate terms and conditions may apply to delegate and exhibitor participation. Please refer to the specific registration forms for details.

6. Disclaimer

The Festival website/app and the Festival itself are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Festival organizers disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Festival organizers shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the Festival website/app or your participation in the Festival, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Festival organizers, their officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Festival website/app or your participation in the Festival.

9. Modifications to the Terms

The Festival organizers reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior written notice. Your continued use of the website/app or participation in the Festival following the posting of changes to these Terms will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be settled amicably through consultation. If an amicable settlement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Nigerian Arbitration and Mediation Centre.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Festival organizers regarding your use of the Festival website/app and your participation in the Festival.

Nigerian International Tea Festival 2025: Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance:

By registering as a delegate or exhibitor for the Nigerian International Tea Festival 2025 (the "Festival"), you agree to be bound by these Standard Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). The Festival organizers (the "Organizers") reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior written notice.

2. Registration and Payment:

  • All registrations for delegate passes or exhibitor booths must be submitted online or through the designated registration process.
  • Full payment is required at the time of registration.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable unless the Festival is cancelled by the Organizers.

3. Delegate Participation:

  • Delegate passes are for the sole use of the registered participant and cannot be transferred to another person.
  • Delegates are responsible for bringing a valid ID and presenting it upon request at the registration desk.
  • Badges must be worn visibly throughout the Festival.

4. Exhibitor Participation:

  • Booth assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for adhering to all exhibitor guidelines provided by the Organizers.
  • Exhibitors are liable for any damage caused to the venue or equipment during booth setup, dismantling, or the Festival duration.

5. Cancellation and Refunds:

  • The Organizers reserve the right to cancel the Festival due to unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, a full refund of registration fees will be issued to delegates and exhibitors.
  • Exhibitors who withdraw their participation after the registration deadline will not be entitled to a refund.

6. Intellectual Property:

  • The Organizers retain all intellectual property rights associated with the Festival, including its logo, name, and marketing materials.
  • Exhibitors are prohibited from using any Festival intellectual property without written permission from the Organizers.

7. Liability:

  • The Organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or illness suffered by delegates or exhibitors during the Festival.
  • Delegates and exhibitors participate in the Festival at their own risk.

8. Photography and Videography:

  • The Organizers may take photographs and videos of the Festival for promotional purposes.
  • By attending the Festival, delegates and exhibitors consent to the use of their image or likeness in such materials.

9. Governing Law:
